HOW TO USE
1. Rinse the mouthpiece and your mouth before use.
2. Looking in the mirror or cell phone to compare your teeth with shadow guide paper to record at what stage you are.
3. Twist teeth whitening pen, until gel flows into the brush.
Apply the gel evenly to your teeth, both upper and lower.
Do not brush too much gel, more gel will not give you a faster or better result. Each time use about 0.5 ml-0.7 ml. Avoid applying the gel directly to your gum or inside your lips!
If It creates a burning sensation. This is nothing to be alarmed about, as the burning feeling will disappear within 24 hours.
Just make sure to rinse with water.
4. Put the mouthpiece into your mouth and bite then turn on the light. Take a deep breath before treatment to decrease saliva production (excessive saliva will dilute gel concentration.)
5. The whitening device should be used for approx 15 mins
Remove, rinse the mouthpiece and mouth with water, and compare your teeth with shadow guide paper again to see how many steps you have improved.
6. Do not eat or drink anything except water for 30 minutes after finishing treatment.
